Fellow anxiety sufferer here....odd question, but I'm wondering if anxiety effects anyone in similar ways?
My anxiety can be triggered by people talking too much. The words build up in my head, and feel like they bounce off one another, like ping pong balls being batted back and forth in my head. It gets to the point where I cannot take it anymore, and it's all I can do not to scream, "SHUT UP!!!!"
Sometimes in the middle of a conversation with someone, this will happen, and I'll literally have to grit my teeth together, and talk myself through getting through the conversation in my head. I'm afraid that one of these days I'm not going to be able to hold it in, and I'm going to scream at someone, LOL!
Just looking to see if I'm strange, or if anyone else experiences this?
