My name is *mod edit*, I have just joined this forum as I work in this field (im not sure im allowed to say exactly).
I have come here because I am just trying to find out more information about people rather than anxiety, I have learnt a lot about anxiety over the last few years but not many text books/ training courses/ websites actually focus on what is behind the anxiety.
My question is simple but complex, when you experience anxiety what is it that you need? What would stop it?
I would really appreciate replies and I look forward to chatting with everyone soon
