Does anyone get an increase in anxiety or dread when it gets dark earlier? It being January in the northeast its dark and cold and I've been getting anxious but its not my usual anxiety ( lol). There isn't change or new stress in my life that would explain this. I'm anxious but I can't quite put my finger on what is making me anxious. Please tell me I'm not alone .lol.

Absolutly, then when they turn the clocks back despite the fact 90% of people hate it.
I have a cure for that.
Get cheap bright old school lights, swear this helps.

I also experience this! It is difficult pinpoint what is making me anxious but an overall sense of dread and nervousness is really common for me in the winter months .

Could be related to Seasonal Affective Disorder? Less sun can alter people's moods, it's common for people to get more depressed or anxious during the winter.
