I am prone to getting GAD. However, I have been taking probiotics lately and situations that trigger my anxiety either trigger less anxiety or trigger no anxiety at all.
Has anyone else experienced decreased anxiety when taking probiotics?

Hi,
I started a diet recently: no sugar, no carbohydrate. I eat probiotics as you said. Kefir and yogurt. I have GAD, depersonalization, etc for 14 years. Meds didn't cure me at all, only suppressed the problem. I am searching and searching, finally I learned something that all these problems may have come from our gut! maybe you know candida?
I am now waiting how this diet will affect me mentally.
