Anybody here ever had a phobia/ fear of existence itself? Like reality and existence in general? It's causing panic just being alive.

Self-awareness is such a deep concept. It is strange, and it's very real. Yes, you could panic about it, or you could feel that you and everyone else are part of a light. We're all part of something bigger than we understand, and it's a beautiful thing. Don't panic. None of us know how we got here. Let's just enjoy the fact that we are. We were fated to exist by something, and for something to want us to be alive, it must be a good thing.

Not a weird question at all. I've read some posts like that over in
obsessive-compulsive/ That's not a diagnosis!! Just one place where I've seen people experiencing similar issues. It might give you some ideas on ways to tackle it too.
