fear of getting poisoned

In january, I went out with a guy I met online
I fear he may have done something to the food/drinks.....
So far no symptoms or anything....
I fear that I may have had a open wound in my mouth.. and there is blood in food which I didn't see, which may cause HIV/ hepatitis A .
or maybe got poisoned by some poison which slowly weakens the body, is that possible?
I feel so worried, as people are unpredictable....
