Hi

also if you go to therapy ask your therapist to recommend a psychiatrist for you, sometimes the "generic psychiatrist" (no offence intended, really) doesn't do the job because he isn't specialised in that and when working with the brain it can get tricky sometimes to adjust the medication. I've had extremely good luck with medication because my doctor is specialised in treating people with my diagnosis, so that may help (?) I know some people who have had a meh experience with medication because their doctor was specialised in treating something else and when they switched to a different doctor they had a good experience with medication. Therapy also really helps with anxiety, try to not only rely on the pills, which may be hard, but they are a short-term solution.
Also, great job for leaving the house and making it to work and everything! In my case a lot of times I cant even leave the house and I have to call in sick which is extremely hard while you have an anxiety crisis and you have social anxiety.. the worssssst ever. So feel very proud, I look up to you in that aspeect

!!!
Good luck sweeetie !
