Arms feel like lead, panic inducing sensation

I've been experiencing a weird, hard to describe sensation. Occasionally, my body will feel extremely heavy or large, and this momentary sensation makes me extremely anxious. I've had this sensation severely several times upon waking. It almost reminds me of the feeling of the flu when I was a child. Sometimes it comes with sort of a full feeling in my tongue, like it's swollen. I feel like I'm experiencing this more frequently lately, maybe because I'm more apprehensive about it. Has anyone felt these weird sensations and are they common anxiety symptoms?

Me myself have had just about every single symptom there is at one point or another because i get anxiety attacks really bad sometimes every day and it seems like they are always a little different than the last.
