Physical symptoms of gad, how to cope?

I've had anxiety for 12 years now, with different physical symptoms through the years. Always something new. For about 2 years I've become more and more dizzy and lightheaded, and with health anxiety as well, it is not getting any better.
Granted there is a lot going on right now. My father passed away 7 weeks ago which was a shock, and I met the love of my life not too long ago. Also starting my own business after 10 years away from the job scene. I realize these factors are raising my stress levels a lot, and I have started working out to help with the other physical symptoms (muscle and joint pains), but the dizziness and lightheadedness is making it difficult because the panick starts when I feel the dizziness starting.

Anyone have any tools for me? I feel like I have tried everything under the sun for the last 12 years, but I can't seem to get rid of this horrid thing...
