I am always confused

I don't know what's going on with me, I don't know what I want, who I am, what I am doing or what I will do (I mean, should I go to sleep or should I take a shower?)
My psyquiatrist says that I am schizoid because I have problems with making friends but I have no idea why I avoid people, I am weird or I dont like being with them? I got no idea
