this has been bothering me for awhile, but if suddenly I feel giddy for no reason is it anxiety?
I have alot of thoughts in my head when this happens.. and it happens quite alot when i'm with people

hahahaha this has happened to me too, and I do think it is related to anxiety, it's like the best side of anxiety cause it makes one feel well giddy and I don't know you, but it makes me really talkative and funny.
I just enjoy it while i can, but yes i do think it is totally correlated if not just plain anxiety.

I often find that feeling overwhelmingly happy is a trap. It usually occurs when I am steady for a while. It's easy to enjoy it but it always backfires. My advice would be to feel it and enjoy it but don't let it control you.

But usually the giddy feeling occurs when I feel uncomfortable about something :|
Like really small stuff like my hair not being in the right place and I have to keep moving it back or smth.
Or when I'm in a large crowd of people :?

It makes perfect sense to me, in your case it appears to be an expression of your anxiety like straight out.
