Horrible anxiety to the point where can't ride in car feel trapped. Go to work daily but probably most comfortable there. Cannot go to social events without freaking out even grocery shopping hard. Normally active lately been horrible symptoms are awful any advice would like to beat this naturally, currently take meds but hate them and want to wean off. Do drink caffeine but not a lot. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi Junior

Sorry to hear you're having a hard time with the anxiety- it's a horrible feeling. I have trouble with social events (I just don't go) and anything other than just popping into the shops for one or two things tends to make me anxious. I like to get in and out of there quickly.

Little things that help me are having a regular routine, and I also go to the gym every day. I do get anxious about going, but find once I'm there I'm (mostly) ok and it helps get a lot of stress out of my system. I also see a therapist each week and talking about what's going on really helps a lot. I find missing sessions increases my anxiety/depression significantly, so having that regular contact really helps.

Are you having any help with things at all?

Take care
Lily
