Anxiety and pressured speech

I was wondering if anyone else with anxiety experiences pressured speech (as a consequence of anxiety, not due to another condition such as bipolar disorder). Have you found a successful strategy to reduce this issue? I was prescribed valproic acid for this reason, even though I don't have bipolar disorder. I was wondering if anyone else with anxiety has taken valproic acid or another mood stabilizer to reduced anxiety-related pressured speech, or if you have found a different medication or strategy that works.
