Hi
Im in a bit of an obsessive phase at the moment, and it's got my anxiety ramped up, even to the point that the anxiety is negatively influencing my daily life.
I've looked at a few websites, but they don't seem overly applicable/helpful to a guy in his 30s.
Any decent websites/groups around that are aimed more at my demographic?
Quick fixes?

What kind of obsession/s do you have? Sometimes, too much worry can really ruin your life. If you think that this is something that needs some intervention, I suggest you seek professional help on this. Do not let anything ruin your life. You are still young and you should be living your life worry-free.

I've never really obsessed before, so that's the worry.
In this case, I'm obsessing over a person and in rather unhealthy ways.
Hmm guess that's an option, I just need a (quick) way to lower the anxiety I have while at work etc.
