Now, I've simplified my life and avoid anxiety provoking situations as much as possible. I do have the rare seemingly random raise in anxiety but haven't had any acute attacks in a few years. I remember one time having a panic attack but just continuing to do what I was doing, I got some weird looks but, the attack ended and I was fine. Sometimes you have to just go through it, I would also talk to myself (in my head), saying it's just a panic attack, nothing is actually wrong, i'll be fine, just keep moving, etc. I know all the standard advice; deep breaths, think about your happy place, remove yourself from the situation if possible.
