First, I just want to say hello. I am new to this forum.
I am dealing with an anxiety issue in which I'm seeing a counselor plus a doctor who has me on Buspirone.
I moved to a new location last August after having lived in my previous community all my life. While this is not the cause of my anxiety it does seem to add more weight.
I'll have more to say later.

although expensively promoted to doctors, buspirone has a poor reputation in the anxiety community and many say its no more helpful than a placebo and expensive too.
its a tranquilliser that needs to be taken daily and isnt helpful for panic attacks
any valium type med is better and cheaper, IMO
