I guess being yourself is the key to happiness, to completely disregard what others might think. At the end of the day, it's just you and the people who love you.

It is refreshing to read there are people out there that have the same feelings I do. I read your original post and felt like you were describing me. I have struggled with this for many years as I am much older than you. I have lived my life as a man, but always felt I had a woman bottled up inside me. I also am not attracted to men, only women. I find women to be beautiful and wish I could feel that way myself. I have experimented with with men and although they were exciting experiences, I still go back to wanting women. It is very exciting for me to dream of being a woman.

Well, it is good to at least hear that I'm not the only one. I think at my age though that I missed the boat as far as actually becoming a female goes. I am lucky enough to find women from time to time that appreciate that I act more like them, rather than like a man. I still pretend in public. Hell I still pretend around women most of the time too... It tends to freak women out if you tell them "I don't just love you, I want to BE you" lol

I find that true of some women- both desirous and envious of them.
