7 months+ of GF. Still steady. Should the thought or feeling come, I would always kill it off immediately.
Don't indulge it.

Last day I placed a bet: 24th Aug 2022.
Today, I will not gamble.

This is the best thing to do when these irrational thoughts enter our heads. We don't want to entertain these thoughts and allow them to grow.

Thank you very much Aries. I don't think I could have come this far without your support ..both you, NSR, and this forum. I now have a better control of my thoughts especially shooing off those negative ones.
