Quarantine for the compulsive gambler

I'm glad you came back to the forum MT and I'm sorry you're going through this .

This is a brutally trying time for everyone and it's almost certain to trigger relapse in some of us . I figured we would see an increase in online gambling when lock-downs and stay at home measures began to be put in place . No doubt the vultures of the gambling industry view this as a golden opportunity to get a few million more people addicted .

They need the money and what better way to get it than to offer the "chance" to win a lot of cash ? Never mind that the chance is near zero and they will take far more than they give . They're dangling a blatantly false hope in front of desperate people and making a huge profit from it . It's a ruthless , heartless , self-serving business and it preys upon the unwary and the vulnerable .

I highly recommend a gambling site blocker on all your devices . You know what you have to do and you know how to do it . Stop giving these parasites your money .

We not only give our money to the casinos, the worse was wasting our time which we can never get back and living a much lesser life. I remembered I used to spend many hours each day on free online slots as a substitute for not going to the brick and mortar casinos and the feeling was just as bad. ...... , even when I did not spend a cent, what an addict. :
