It can be overwhelming to try and " fix" everything at once . I hope you can get some good support and treatment from your doctors / therapists . Have you told them about your gambling addiction ? If you haven't , please do so as soon as possible . There are concerns that certain drugs may actually worsen the addiction , so I would suggest that you ask about that if you are on any meds .

If you haven't already , please look over the Strategies thread at the top of the page . I also highly recommend that you install a gambling blocker on your phone and other devices . Keep in mind that the addiction will fight you on this , but after you do it , it will bring you great relief .

Anxiety and addiction are very hard things to deal with at the same time but it is not impossible to overcome . Please have hope and don't stop fighting .

I'm trying to get support yes but in my country don't have much options as only the normal psychiatrists and they really don't care too much just gave you pills and stuff, at the moment i have no money for see a therapist but i am trying to look for that.
Yes it's really overhelming, it's too much on your head but as you said is not impossible to overcome.
I am trying keeping have hope and fight.
