Relapsed yesterday after 3 months GF. I wrote a post on here about 3 months ago and this forum has helped me tremendously during the last few months,. I was just starting to get back on my feet and I relapsed yesterday and lost over $10K online on the only site that my self-inclusion did not work. I wish it did, I wish I could rewind back 48 hours. That's all I need.
Relapse stings. Back to square one.
Hope you are all doing well.

I'm sorry to hear about your relapse Slumvillage , but I'm glad you came back to the forum.
Have you thought of using blocking software for gambling sites ? It may cost you a bit in the beginning but it could very well save you in the long run .
The clarity and coping skills that you gained in your three GF months have not been erased or made meaningless . As painful as relapse is , it can still teach us things . Use this experience to reinforce your defenses and recognize the triggers that caused it . Armed with an even greater understanding of this addiction and its pitfalls , you can take back your gamble-free life again .
Stay strong and keep fighting !
