I agree with everyone here .
BLLMB , we all want to see you stop gambling . But it take a big effort on your part . It's not impossible , it's just not easy . If you are hoping for a "miracle cure" , I'll tell you right now that there isn't one . It's hard , unpleasant , uncomfortable and downright miserable in the beginning .
If you cannot accept that , if you are not prepared to go through the withdrawals and assaults from the urges , then you will find yourself stuck in the same vicious cycle over and over again .
The worst part is the first few months . Every day that you don't gamble makes you a little bit stronger , it brings a bit more clarity , the daily fight against the urges gets easier and easier to win . But you'll never know that unless you buckle down and make the decision to quit for good .
