Most casino workers I've talked to, don't gamble. The only ones I met who gambled were not employed for long. You better get out before it gets real bad. I knew one worker who ended up owing the casino and many of his co-workers for loans........he told me he was over $75,000 in debt.
I'd guess there have been many casino workers who became labor slaves of the casino because of markers they owed to the casino.

Is it possible for you to self exclude from the place you work at ? Could you tell your employers that you are beginning to have a gambling problem and that you wish to be banned from gambling at the casino you work for ?
It may help a lot to have the knowledge that if you gamble there again , you will lose your job .
I think looking for a new job is a very good idea , as well as finding a GA meeting . They are international and their website has lists of meetings in many countries .

Self exclusion is still your strongest weapon . You should delete any gambling websites and install a gambling site blocker software on all your devices , self-exclude from any casinos around you .
There is no quick "cure" . It takes time and effort and commitment . The first months are the hardest but if you fight back against the urges , use any and all methods to distract yourself when they come on and restrict you access to cash , then you have a good chance to stop completely .
Going to GA will give you good real-life support , from people who are going through the same battle you are . You can post here any time for encouragement . People here will tell you -
removing gambling from our lives is the best decision we've ever made .
