Hullflyer & Summerrose - you would be surprised at the people you meet at GA. Many of the folks at our mtgs are battling multi addictions (ie drugs and alcohol as well as gambling) Also, being a casino gambler, I had many assumptions on what GA entailed and of course most of those assumptions were wrong as I pointed out in another thread. I assumed most of the people there were casino gamblers. When I went to the first speaker meeting that was last September, I learned that several folks were into online gambling as well as this day trading, which I never saw as a form of gambling. I do tax work and many clients had multi-page Schedule D's and I never though twice about day-trading. I just thought it was a hobby. I mean, if you are good at predicting a market or whatever, why not? But now I can see how that could consume you and I listened to this speaker talk about what it did to him. So hullflyer, your wife might not be out of place....
