In case of some fetishes, it is difficult to keep the arousal going on. I mean, to keep going the arousal, we need to keep doing or seeing about our fetish(continuous stimulation). So how to complete a sex event with partner?

Is this some kind of asexuality? What effective options are available for curing paraphilia?

P.S: I'm very bothered about my marriage life as I cannot get rid of my fetish and I strongly want to have a normal sex life.
