Nazi Fetishism?

Lately, I've found myself getting a little too excited thinking about what most would call Nazi fetishism. I already had a bit of a German fetish, what with the accents and appearances, but when the SS uniforms started sneaking into my fantasies, when the idea of a little Nazi roleplay started to really appeal, things were different. I even fantasize about my love interest in the uniform (which is ironic because he is quite far from being an Aryan)! Usually I'm able to easily justify my fetishes, but this time, I got nothin'. Any other ones out there who might know why?

While I share this fetish, I can better explain it either. Though I am of German heritage and if one would ask my opinion I would have to say that my history interests me deeply but I am also drawn to the anti-authority aspect (in the sense that authority disapproves of Nazi objects/appearances and etc although this is ironic as Nazis were very authoritarian and I hate authority figures), I also value strength which is always portrayed in the older films about Nazis.

This one isn't easy for me to pinpoint the why of.

Maybe it has to do with how sharply dressed they were? I have a fetish for uniforms and I don't blame someone for having a nazi fetish, people who are sharply dressed do look pretty sexy, especially the women's clothing. I don't have a fetish for the accents and everything German, just certain types of uniforms, so I wouldn't really know. It could also be how nazi's are frowned upon, so having a fetish for something so controversial and wrong makes it dirty?

I've seemed to work through it and figure it out. I've uncovered other fetishes I have and now see how this fits in.
1. German accents are extremely sexy to me.
2. I have always liked uniforms and nice clothes.
3. Taboo appeals to me quite a bit.
4. Power and being dominated appeals to me.
So, at least in my case, I've solved the mystery.

Don't worry about it too much. You've figured it out now. I know quite a few other people who also have a penchant for the WW2 German uniforms (especially the infamous, devilishly popular black 1940 Berlin Parade SS uniform).

Also, only *you* know what you're fantasizing about (unless you tell someone), so it's your own special little secret. As long as it's not harming anyone else, it's fun to keep secrets. It keeps us all individual, mysterious and exciting.

It's hard to argue the fact that they always had the sexiest uniforms. This fetish is so common in many circles, from anime cosplay to gothic culture. They had the most bada$$ uniforms at the time and they still look hot on just about anyone. Your partner may feel uncomfortable wearing something that symbolizes so much pain and suffering to so many people. Additionally, the fact that your partner's "far from Aryan" may make him feel even more uncomfortable. It would be like telling a black person to put on a KKK outfit because it turns you on. The best thing to do is have an open dialog about it.

Yes, I mean come on, the uniforms were Hugo boss!! But I still would never tell anyone irl that I find them sexy haha I live in Germany so uhhh double awkward? I wonder if one time I'll be able to incorporate this in roleplay
