Women in their 30's and 40's. This a fetish?

I have this strange attraction to women in their 30's and 40's. Whenever I watch porn its hardly to the newer 20 something pornstars, its always to the MILFy kind.
I find women of that age to be really sexy, I don't know why, but I just do.

Is this a fetish?

I ask because I'm only interested in women in this age group.

I don't think its a fetish, it is an attraction, like yourself I seem attracted to women in their 30's. I think many men are because it is a good age to be. Probably most of us would choose to be in our thirties but its just a guess.

I believe the psychological view is that paraphilias or fetishes do not apply if you are getting sexual arousal from consenting adults (or fantasies or porn depicting them). Instead, that's just considered within the realms of normal sexuality.

To me it sounds no different to people who are sexually aroused by other types of women, such as blondes or nurses or Russians. You are allowed to have your preferences - you don't have to find all people equally erotic.

Very common. There's actually a book that analyzes the data of porn searches and they found this age group was almost as popular as that of the younger women

I am not wildly attracted to women in their 30s unless they are younger than me by 2 to 3 years. I seem attracted to women 2 to 3 years younger than me in general. Where I live, women in their 30s are run down looking. Ive seen women in other areas or states in their 30s and they dont look so bad, but here in my area the women look like they are in their 40s when in 30s. I look at a woman my age sometimes on okcupid, and she looks 10 years older than me and has completely different eyes, like her eyes are aged. It makes very little sense to me, as I am still quite lively and childish. I think it is because I have almost never had sex. Having sex too much ages women, and these women are all ragged out or something! Too much sex for them already! Also I notice that they have masculine jaw lines now! I never noticed this before. The men age better here seemingly.

Whoever said being in their 30s is good is crazy! Not that I had a lot of fun when I was younger though. I was mostly celibate through my 20s and refuse to grow up now.

I have also noticed women in their 30s claiming to have lost their sex drive. I don't know if that is a lie or not, but mine has not decreased at all, even though I am too insane to actually land a woman very often. My neurosis has kept women at bay for years. Perhaps you mean "women who are 30". At about 35 they look like grandmothers where I live. It may be the extremely cold winters that men can stand up to but women not.

How on earth could having sex age someone? How could sex age women in particular? If so, does masturbating also age women? Or do penises do it somehow (like that old myth that lots of sex makes a woman's vagina loose)? And how do the men where you live "stand up to" the cold winters but not the women? Also, plenty of women I've known seem to have a surge in libido as they get into their 30s. Maybe it doesn't hold true where you live if many of the men have the same misogynistic beliefs as you do. I personally had an extensive sexual experimental phase since I was 15 and a few long-term relationships...I seldom have had a "drought" that lasted longer than a few weeks since I was 15 or so. And people mistake me for a college freshman. I also go in the sun a lot and used to have terrible habits and don't spend money of fancy facial creams... go figure, I think sex keeps me young and healthy...

But back to the OP's issue, unless you cannot get aroused whatsoever by any women of a different age group, it's more likely a preference as others have said. I think that 'fetish' is thrown around a lot and now colloquially means "strong sexual preference" rather than "must have it paraphila."

Either way it's super common. When I worked at a strip club during the day (bad for money but better than staying up til 5am), A LOT of the men would look at me and request someone older. In fact the older women did amazingly well and got tons of attention from guys aged 18 on up to retired men.
