Bipolar ADHD girlfriend question need guidance please.

My girlfriend is on Vivance, Ceraquil, Lymiqtal, sorry about the spelling. She used to take Adderall. The problem is that when she runs out of energy around 1pm she becomes extremely anxious and bored with intrusive thoughts, this makes her irritable to say the least. She used to use alcohol to relax but it was causing some damaging behavior. Her psych will not prescribe her a "helping" dose of amphetamine. So right now her "functional" time is limited to about 5-6 hours. She has used cannabis to help her relax with good results but she is required to give a urine sample and we are very afraid she will no longer see her if she fails a test. Would a psychiatrist stop treating her for this. She would be lost without her meds. Any advice is appreciated.
