Is my friend a narcissist??

So me and my work friend used to be very close and she knew everything about me but past few months she's been acting weird so one day she tried to yank my chair from underneath me but I managed to keep it still so she fought me to try and push me to the floor and she's started taking like 2 or 3 days to reply to my messages and then just randomly messages me saying let's go out and do something so I feel like she's picking me up and dropping me when it suits her and she had seizure which I'm not sure if there real because not many people believe her but she makes me drop everything when were in work and go and talk to her in the offices whist she gets over the seizure so I think she's self centered and likes the attention on her and then recently I've had a poorly pet who was dying and I told her about it but she didn't ask if I was okay she just starts making random jokes about all sorts of rubbish so she didn't help me through it and my dogs epileptic and in the past I've messages her about his bad seizures and she takes days to reply still

I've been told off a couple of people she seems like a narcissist but I'm not too sure what do you all think??
