Hard to ejaculate

I can get hard and stay hard forever, but it’s almost impossible to ejaculate. I have to take my mind to wild places to get over the edge and that only works occasionally. Will viagra help with this? It seams I have a major decrease in sensitivity, and body else experience these symptoms?

Have you ruled out something physical, like diabetes- don't take what I say as Gospel, but I thought I'd read that diabetes was one common thing that could affect sensation?

I would think Viagra only helps to maintain an erection, the rest, I suppose would be up to the person taking it?

Frequent masturbation, I firmly believe, can decrease sensation for actual intercourse... is that the context you speak of, sensations during intercourse?
