Coloured glasses.

hi i am 48 and suffer from dyslexia i have a reading age of 12. but i ran my own business now we live on a narrowboat in northampton and i have just landed my dream job working with people with problems. I have to do quite a bit of reading and paperwork so could anyone help with the location of coloured glasses. I hear they are very good for our problems. Thanks. :D

Hi, terjay! It sounds like you've made a good life for yourself! If you need a hand with finding something to help with your dyslexia, feel free to post in two more relevant forums, perhaps the Living with mental illness forum should be one of them, as it gets more posters. Sorry this forum is a bit slow.

Also, Dr Alexander Korbin (optician) in Potters Bar is a specialist in learning difficulties. He will test colourblindness, tracking, etc to the nth degree. Changed my son's life!
Disclaimer: My stbx was not diagnosed with NPD. I recognise the behaviour I experienced in others' posts. I don't assume that every 'ex' is NPD, I just respond to the behaviours described. Doesn't matter anymore, NPD won't exist by 2013.
