any suggestions on keeping kids safe?

I was with him for 10 years. been out for 10 months. kids are 9, 6 and 2. he's on supervised visits by my agreement because the no contsct order police enstated prohibited any contact otherwise. now hes been convicted for assaulting me numerous times while I was holding our baby. he's taking "anger management ", relationship counseling and parenting courses because hes been ordered to. I know it will mean nothing. he doesn't have an anger problem
he has a control problem. he is also very emotionally abusive and I'm terrified he can abuse our daughter (youngest) because I seen how he looked at her and I know that look. also, she has only seen him once in 10 months. she doesn't know him. she's very attatched to me. I'm so scared for her.
