- 3 personalities with Asperger Syndrome (Jeff, Sammy and Demi)
- 1 personality with Autism (Amber)
- 1 personality with selective mutism (amber)
- 2 personalities with Borderline (Destiny and Aiko)
Every behaviour has their roots in the brain, just like all the memories and thoughts of the alters. If you'd ask if a personality can have autisme, I'd say sure, because autism is just a way of living and behaving. If you'd ask if a personality can have autism on neurological level, I'd say probably, because in theory it is most likely possible.

It is important to first have things her way, make her feel comfortable with the things she now does. Once she can do it that way, try adding things (very slowly), if it becomes to much, take a step back. Like make her write some lyrics, but change one word in them. Maybe you can make it a game, that she has to write the lyrics of a song on a piece of paper, but one word needs te be different, and then you have to guess that word. (if you know the correct answer, give the wrong answer sometimes, depending on her age it might make her feel like she's winning, with most children that is motivation to try it again)
It also seems to me that she is a bit experimenting, is she a young alter? Shay has a lot of thing in common with one of my own alters, Amber, who has confirmed autistic behaviour (I like that better than to say "she has autism"), she is 8 years old.
Pen chewing can be rather annoying (Amber had the same thing), and solving that problem with an autistic child can be quite tough. I heared that putting a bit of lemon juice on the part of a pen you chew could help getting rid of the habit. When Amber found out why her pen tasted funny she looked like she wanted to kill me, after a few days she started to like lemon juice... my advice: try asking a professional, might be a lot easier
Somehow the images of her taking shelter in a hoodie or her rolling that bottle against her cheek seem very cute inside my head...
Most important, no matter how many aspects of autism she has, never treat her like an autist, treat her like the Shay she really is. Many people tend to forget there is a person behind whatever label others give to someone.
