It is definitely possible.
At the household, there is a child who we believe to have autism.
He does not speak except to repeat short phrases; he does not respond to comments directed at him; he never meets eye contact; he will tantrum if touched; he will not play with toys in the sense of actual play but more-so arranges them by color or stacks them and becomes irate if any are moved; he rocks back and forth and does repetitive tapping rhythms with his left hand, tics of blinking, hitting, head banging, and pacing; he vehemently loathes foods of certain textures (concluded this by his screeching and throwing it from the plate); displays an over sensitivity to light and noise and social stimuli, among other things.
I think it is much the same as my Magdella being a classic sociopath, Jade being anorexic and OCD, HB having OCD, Rat having RAD, and PTSD manifesting in different ways or not at all.
Being neurotypical is overrated! He-he.
