Greetings and a question of looks

Hi. I've never been on here before.

I found our communications journal yesterday and I've written several letters today. I have heard about this place. I'm not used to this personal computer but I am going to try to post here.

I am 43 and I opened my eyes for the first time about a year ago now, according to the calendar.

I was hoping to meet some others like me on here.

A question I had, for anyone comfortable answering; what do you look like on the inside? I don't understand everything about this D.I.D thing, but I have seen some of the others draw themselves or save images on the personal computer. I have not seen Nin (and did not split from her, I've gathered) but from what I've heard I don't look like her. Do you all look different from the host as well?

I am a mid-life woman with blonde hair. I have blue eyes and am quite short but not overly so. I am relatively curvy but very comfortable with myself.

Elisa has a picture saved that I first thought was of her specifically (it looks almost exactly like her) but Leo told me that when we're outside and have our picture taken, it's Nin's looks they see. The picture of Elisa looks like this: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-e1CCiMfsNMI/U ... 115375.jpg

Only difference is that I don't have freckles on my top lip and not quite so far down my cheeks - only over my nose and cheekbones. Otherwise it's almost exactly like me. It was weird to find it online!

It's us two I know with certainty what looks like.

We're tall and lanky but muscular too! That's all the soldier training! Ha ha ha. One of us has red hair and the other doesnt. That one has brown. Guess which is which! Ha ha ha. Our hair is short since warriors can't have long hair, it's a liability, Lola would say. One has freckles and one of us has a birthmark shaped like Africa on her neck! Minnie has painted rainbow nails. Yeah, and Gem always has dirt under hers! Cleo has strawberry colored hair and she is shorter than us but not as short as Linn. Our mum, she is Lola, is bigger but she is really beautiful and loves her curves. She has reddish brown hair, more brown than red, but in some light it is red. She is really beautiful, our mum.

I am the shortest woman in our family. The body does not fit me well, too tall and the hair is not long as mine is inside. I would like it longer but that upsets Lola. It is very light hair inside, almost white.
I have luminescent wings, the fairy, and long, pointed ears and fingers too, the elven.
I am thin, but not in a sickly way. More from the endless zipping around and dancing!
I have light colors to my aura and I like to watch other's colors. My Ell has dark colors.
My Ell has a weathered look about her. She is buxom as she would have it said.
Her hair is curled in ringlets and reaches mid back.
Her eyes are tired often but have a spark of fire that entrances.
Her face has a grace about it. At times it is rather hard, but at others it is gentle.

The body matches none of us.
The faces may change, harder or softer, rounder or no, and the eye shade will vary, but generally it is always too big, too small, or something similar.

One of us is a bit taller than our body, she's got long brown hair and brown eyes and is toned.

Sophie and she's got crazy curly brown hair and freckles on her cheekbones.

Then there's Michael, and he has stubble on his face, he's tall and has lots of muscles.

The new one doesn't want to be named, but they have black hair and brown eyes and they're very skinny.

Our body is short, it has green eyes and curly brown hair and healthy weight, but since everyone likes working out so much we've been losing weight.

I know that my boyfriend's Protector alter is a tall guy with green eyes, and tanned skin. He has a rose tattoo on the side of his face and a piercing on the lip. He has a braid on the side of his head, but other than the braid, he has short hair. He always wears a trench coat.

That's the only one I remember on their appearance. Mainly because that was the only alter my boyfriend felt like giving a good description. The other alters, though were actually more fair-skined.

Wells cept Alli but she aint rounds no more and i thinks her was adopted coz she wasnt nuffin like the rest of us.

Anasui; that is quite interesting to hear the differences. He seems a very fiesty looking protector. That is very good to have

Uraeus; those are some pretty big differences. I know we have a Jacob. He just flashed an image before my "inner eyes" of himself as I read about Michael.

In the flash Jacob is a normal height 11 year old boy. He has blond short straight hair that almost goes into his blue eyes but doesn't, is pretty skinny and is wearing baggy pants. He's very fair skinned with a porcelain white face - no moles, scars or freckles like some of the others have. He has very expressive eyes.

I'm sorry about your hand, Kitty. But you sounds like a very sweet girl.
Gemini twins: That's really interesting. We have one who is muscular as well. I'm happy to hear about Lola - she seems to share more of my physique perhaps.

I'm tall. 6'5" tall. Long hair that I want cut, C cup boobs I want flat, and chubs that I want lean.

The others are different, though. Jenny wants it the same length, but she is insistent that she is a blonde, which is just...odd. It seems to upset her to have dark hair, but that's just strange to me. I used to be blonde, though...

Abby...I don't know about. She seems really freaked out by being in this body. She's the one who hurts worst when she sees herself in the mirror (through my eyes).

Raine is...I don't know. He's pale. Blue-ish pale, though, not the warm pale I have. And blue eyes, short, dark hair. But he doesn't seem to care so much about how he looks, since he seems perfectly at home when I'm wearing femme clothes...

I feel the need to dramatically expand my wardrobe to fit everyone's tastes. I can't afford that...

He has the attitude and ego to pull it off. One time, he was in control for a few months, and decided to go and get a lip piercing on the body. He was even planning on getting the same tattoo he has on the body. But he couldn't because he ended up switching back with my boyfriend. My boyfriend freaked out by the lip ring, pulled it out wrong and now has a scar on the inside of his lip, and on the outside, it healed very well so you really don't notice it.

Alethezia; I'm sorry you feel upset. We have issues with clothing as well, as you can see from the post made by one of my system members to you. I know Jacob understands well what it's like to not be at all like the body.

Anasui; Different people want different things, I suppose. I know Elisa wants cheek piercings, while Lin wants a nose stud and while some of the others want nothing to do with piercings.
