I don't think I'm an "admin" (I'm not sure how you mean that term), but I'll answer anyway.
It's just like diving. You might be scared, you know the water's going to be a bit cold, you might not want to do it, but you're just going to have to take a deep breath and jump. Once you're in, you'll feel refreshed and accomplished. It sounds like you're ready to get up on the diving board and jump soon. Coax yourself as much as possible. Tell yourself you're ready, tell yourself about how much it'll help you, tell yourself that you're safe, it's safe, and that everything will be ok if not better. Tell yourself that you can go as slowly as you need to; you're calling the shots here. And, make a goal day. Pick a day that you feel will give you enough "coaxing time" to get yourself that extra bit of ready, and then pick a day in the near future where you plan to go and see about the therapist you found. Also, to help the progress, pick/plan a day before you go in, where you call the place to ask about possibly scheduling stuff there. If nothing else, you might have to just wake up one day and go "It's getting done today! I'm sick of it not getting done!" and head on in. Good luck with this! It sounds like you're almost there!
