Hi Echo and Westy's littles!

Any little can write here, even if they need help. But teens and grownups aren't supposed to--it's just for us littles.

I like Disney movies. Last summer, when the grownup parts started to know about us, we went to see The Little Mermaid outdoors in the park. And we took stuffies hidden in a bag. But there were lots of outside little kids there, and that made us really sad. So we'll remember not to do that anymore.

We saw our T today. He's really nice, but it's very scary to ask him for things. He said today that we don't need to be scared, but it's hard not to be. I was really scared to text him a few hours ago, but some of us were upset, and he wrote back to say it was ok to text him and he said the thing we wanted him to say so we would know he was there and would remember us. We shouldn't NEED to do that--we should be able to wait. I think it's bad to do that, but I guess he doesn't think so. It's very confusing.

I hope everyone is doing ok.

Hi! Thank you for saying hi. I haven't been able to come out much and I don't like it, I get lonely. I want to watch more Disney. Lex made us a sticker chart and it's my favourite because I can earn treat things and so can Jen and Em and I want to get a fluffy fluffy jumper.
Em (26, f, host), Jen (19, f) Echo (4, f) Angel (9, f), Vivian (36, f), Jacob (13, m), Xavier (?, m), Oliver (?, m), Lily (f, 4-6), Lilith (f, ?), Michael (m, 26) Heather (?, f). SO Lex (f) may be mentioned.

Hi, :D :D :D

Hi Echo - Any Little can write here even if they need help - but we just want to talk to Little ok?

Hi Joseph - pill bugs are little black bugs that crawl on the ground and roll up in a ball if you mess with them. Then they look like a pill - BUT DON'T SWALLOW IT because then you'd have a bug in your stomach! :?

Hi Nadia - It's ok to ask your T for stuff. Sometimes they don't know as much about DID as they think they do.

I'm kind of scared because next time is our last session with our T for 3 months. She says she's coming back as soon as she's well but I keep imagining someone is going to hurt her. Host doesn't know how to help me. He's trying but he's just an adult and doesn't know what to do.

It's Saturday and that's fun. It stopped raining so Colin is doing car stuff today and I'm helping.

Hi Evan,

I'm glad you're having a good Saturday! Mine just started because it's earlier here.

Our T knows a LOT about DID. So he understands that we need to hear from him sometimes when we're not there, but we get kind of scared, Nadia especially, when we text him or email him because it just seems like we're not supposed to even though he says it's ok.

It's scary to have your T go away for so long. I don't think anyone will hurt her--she probably knows how to stay safe really well. Did you make a plan so you can talk to her while she's gone? Then you would know she was ok. We would definitely need to do that if it was our T. Some of us have trouble remembering he's there for us even after 2 or 3 DAYS! Also if you have a calendar and can mark off days, that helps sometimes.

We're kind of worried about being away for Thanksgiving next week. Last year we got REALLY upset when we went away and one of the reasons had to do with our T giving us a stuffy to take along. And also we saw a happy baby at the airport and a LOT of littles got upset all of a sudden and it was REALLY hard. This year things are DIFFERENT, but we're still worried. We're going to see our T on Tuesday and talk to him about it.

The outside boy is away for the weekend, so we can play and leave stuff around, and not have to worry!

Your friend,
Bobby

Hi Bobby,

I'm glad the outside boy is gone so you can play today. I hate having to hide my stuff just because people are coming over to visit. I wish I could have my knights out all the time.

We have a plan to talk to our T and skype and email. She says I can email her every day if I want. She will read all of them and write back on Fridays. We have a good plan. I'm just scared.

The speaker in our car door blew out so we have to get a new one. Colin took the old one out and we looked at it. Now we have to get another one just like it from the store or maybe online. Then the music will sound better.

Have a nice Saturday.

Hi Melissa! So exciting about the package, I'd love something like that, you're so lukcy to have friends of Violet and you and who gift to you, that's so awesome. I'm so happy for you :D

My sticker count is awesome, Lex made it for us - it's got different things that we all can do and I get sparkly smily faces cos I got to go out and choose them, it was the first time I'd ever ever EVER gone out in public and Lex let me choose stickers and I chose multicoloured smily faces. And the chart is paper with Lex who wrote different things we can do like, if I come out and say my needs I can get a sticker, and if I finish a page in my colouring book. And Jen can get stickers for not doing bad behaviours for a week, or remembering the dishwasher, and Em gets them too for things. It's nice, it's like a way of all of us being able to do things that help all of us and get treats when we earn enough stickers and I want another Disney day soon :D :D :D or my fluffy jumper.

Sorry I didn't mean to talk lots but I got excited  Echo

Hi Echo!

We like stickers a lot also. There’s a store we go to sometimes that only sells stickers—all different kinds. We use them to decorate our journals. We never thought to make a sticker chart for us. We had them for one of the outside kids when she was little. But we get rewards for doing things, especially if they were hard. Our T says we are a “very cooperative system,” but I don’t know. I think maybe a lot of us go along with things we don’t really want to do, and then we’re just angry about it and get stuck not getting anything done.

Hi Evan!

Tonight I’m getting to play pinball with the husband guy!

Hi Melissa,
That's great to get a package in the mail!

Hi Echo,
You must have A LOT of stickers.

Hi Bobby,
Have fun playing pinball with the husband guy. Do you get to play or is it your host? We're home hanging out today. Our new speakers for the car are coming on Wednesday so we'll put them in on Thanksgiving. :D

Evan

Oh WOW! A big bug just flew around the living room. Colin got the flyswatter and hit it and it was so big there was like a BIG fight! Colin won.
