i have or had a outside friend
she is a very very special outside friend to me
she talks to me and knows me as me and says i am her friend
i talked to her lots and felt like i could tell her things and ask her things and she would help me
cept when we are seeing her in person she always says hi for a little bit then tells me i need to go away so a big can come out for adult talks or that i need to share time with her
i get that sharing is good
but its not fair that its always me that has have just a little time and then has to get told to go away and not the bigs get told to have to go away
its made me very sad and i feel not loved
why do outside friends not like sharing time with littles?

Hi, I am Mike. I am not a little but I know littles and I always try to help when they are sad :D
we also have an outside friend who knows littles and always says hello and cares a lot about them. but she doesnt always come over to talk to them. but she makes special dates with the littles. then she comes over with colors and colored paper and toys.
maybe you can ask your friend if they want to have a special time with you like they have a special time with the adults? then you can tell the adults to go away because it is your special time :D

Glad you're not sick. Sick is boring!

I have a question. In our system Iain is mostly nice and takes care of me. But Colin is mostly grumpy. He takes care of us too but he's grumpy about it. So are the teens in your system nice or grumpy? If they're grumpy how do you make them nice? I just want to be friends with Colin.

Evan

Hi Evan, I am Mike. I take care of Maya and i think you know her a little :D
Colin is a teenager and a protector and he is very brave most of the time. it might sound funny, but teenagers and especially protectors who are brave most of the time can get a little scared when they talk to littles because they remind them that they were little once or that they can be vulnerable or emotional. sometimes they get grumpy so they dont have to admit to themselves that they are scared. it can be very scary to look at someone who looks weak when you are afraid to be weak yourself...
i dont think there is a way that you can make him be nice to you, but i believe that he will learn not to be scared of being weak sometimes. that will make him feel better. and i think it is a great idea to tell him that he is doing a good job. people need to hear that. even though i am sure that Colin knows it, it will be good to hear it from someone else too.

Maya is a little shy right now, there were things outside that were stressful and she doesnt want to come out right now, but she says Hi and that everything is ok, so you dont worry about her.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for answering my question. I don't understand why Colin would be scared of me. He's not scared of anything! Iain is explaining it to me. He says it's not my fault. Colin is grumpy because he's a Protector and Protectors don't like weakness. It means that we could get hurt and if they don't stop the hurt they fail and they HATE failing. So Colin is grumpy.

Evan
Say hi to Maya ok? :D

I got to snuggle my pony and watch harry potter movie.

I think that what we want doesn't always seem important to everybody else because they think their grown up stuff is more important. but being grown up doesn't make you more important. everybody matters the same but not everybody thinks that.

You're right. Everybody has stuff that's important even if other people don't think so. Lots of times Host tells me to be careful with his stuff. I want him to remember I have stuff too.
