For the littles

Host bought me a Xmas present! it's a bag of little knights. Colin says he's going to build us a little castle for them! That will be fun!

It's going to be Xmas soon and that's hard for us so I'm spending lot's of time in our castle inside where it's safe because I don't want to be hurt anymore and Host and T and everybody says that's OK because I did my job a long time ago and now it's their job to keep us safe.

hi, something bad happened in therapy the last session before the break for the holidays so it will be a long time before we get to see our T and I am worried that one of the protectors K will prevent us from ever going back because what happened involved him and some things that he feels that no one knows or knew that he feels. I don't know what to do because I was just starting to me and some of the younger littles talking to our T (we were play a card game while we talked and it was working, so there is a good idea for any littles who get bored just talking or don't like to sit still for very long - if you play a game you can talk and play) and I am worried that he won't let us back and that we also want to not go back because we let out all of that stuff that makes him mad. (oh and he doesn't like us posting here)

Sorry to hear that you had a bad T time. I hope you don't stop going since your T seems nice and like he wants the best for you.

We just got back from Host's family Xmas visit and everybody's safe because we hid really really great!

Xmas is tricky for us. We have to hide so we won't get hurt when Host visits his family. But we had Xmas at home first and we got presents! I got some plastic knights and Colin got a new tool thing and Iain got a book and other people got other stuff. We had lots of food and watched movies! Xmas is kind of sad for us though because it reminds us of stuff we don't like to think about. But it's over now so that's good. Colin is building me a castle for my knights!

I'm sorry this happened.

The protector is trying to do their best. Maybe show him that you guys were also being able to talk and that's important. He's trying to protect you all, but maybe now he can see that actually, you all talking to the T might be even better for all you in the long run.

Maybe he's worried about the feelings now, but he might check how you all felt some time after the therapy. Maybe if he gives it a chance, maybe you all can let all that stuff in the past.
