You and Cassidy did the dishes!!!! That's great!!!! Hope the bigs weren't too mad. We HATE pills. They are STUPID!!!

Sometimes I'm too scared to sleep and sometimes the Protectors keep everybody up so nothing bad happens even though it doesn't happen anymore but they just keep watching and watching and watching. Sleep is good but HARD to do ALL night. We have a stuffie but it's a SECRET stuffie because nobody would understand so he lives in a special place where nobody can see him but I love him anyway and get to visit him sometimes but we always have to put him back where he's safe.

Do you know what is not letting you sleep? Maybe you can talk it with the therapist. Maybe she will listen and help. Maybe we can listen too, you can write a thread about what doesn't let you sleep.
