I wanna make a journey thread but I don't know how to do it

So in the bit where you click for the littles area an there is all the topics what the bigs has written there is a button what is called new post or new topic somfin like that an you click it an the place where you put the title you put the name of your journey and write "journey post" after it so everyone knows its a journey post an is about you an they can comment an support but it mostly you talking about lots of different stuff
