We actually did have a back-up plan. It just failed unfortunately.

We did manage to get ahold of one of the T's associates who scheduled us an evening appointment. We're still feeling pretty bad and desperate. We wouldn't see her if we weren't desperate and even now we are fighting horribly to not call back and cancel.

You're not terrible at it. Just knowing that you're there has been helpful. :)
We're not invited.

Oh littlereddog, I am so so sorry. It sounds like you are really struggling, and I'm sure your T canceling appointments isn't helping things feel any safer. Is this the same T who wanted you to start seeing her resident instead of her?

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I am so sorry you are in this hard place. I know what it feels like, and how scary it can be.

I don't know what else to say other than I care.

Hugs if wanted. Xxxx
