Needing to let out the screams (triggers)

This might not be helpful at all, but I just wanted to say thank you for posting this. I knew I reacted to it when I saw it the first time - albeit only slightly - but I had no idea the impact having this in the back of my head for a few weeks would have.

I just this morning found out about an alter/fragment who desperately wants to scream out for help. She's "stuck" in an abusive instance and is re-living it over and over it seems, not knowing time is passing, and is trying so hard to scream out for help.

I dreamt about her this morning even, and dreamt about Sotrsab twice in as many days about "her alter(s)" (way to make it less personal and more manageable..) and then she (the aforementioned alter/frag) showed herself more today. I was quite affected my Sotrsab's writing on this subject both here, and if I remember correctly, somewhere else in some thread too. I definitely feel this is a good thing

There are screams in me too. I don't know what they are all about, but recently a wide range of small triggers by my husband will bring them right out. I have found that I can scream into a very thick pile of bedding without being heard outside the bedroom.

When calm I have talked with my husband about this, so he knows he is not responsible, he is not at fault. It is hard for him to not feel responsible.
