Need advice,may have outed xgf w/possible cptsd did

I posted a few questions here befor about someone I was ina 3 year relationship with. She painted me black, after about three months of intense reading and remembering I've become certain she's reanacting her own childhood abuse. It's highly unlikely she is aware of whats happening to her. Over the 3 years I could sense she was trying to understand and make connections but lacked the ability to complete the process because of chronic dissociation and an inability to analyse herself.

Do most of you think in the 3rd person perspective?

In person she triangulates EVERYTHING when she communicates..

She is an ex, so perhaps it would be best for you to detach? Let it go.

shes destroying everything she touches, bull&^*^.. my life was abliterated,her x husband ended up in jail, her kids turning into a psychopath and her mother would rather keep her in the dark so she can continue her world travels to every piss ant country she can think of...

also, yes, i think in third person a lot and accidentally refer to myself in third person, too.
