Thread for the Littles

Postby Toast » Mon Mar 05, 2012 5:05 am

We could really use a thread for the Littles right about now. I don't want to break forum rules if things have changed since I was a regular on the forum, so long ago. But it used to be that if you wanted to create a thread for Littles/ Middles, you could.

Least of all, we just want a happy to read and easy thread for us. Is that OK?

That sounds like a great idea, do you have any topic in your mind, or did you just want a nice thread here?

If it's the second option, we can talk about anything, for example, I will start by talking about how my day today was.
I spent all day doing one think i should have done about a year ago: cleaning and tyding my bedroom. I even had to put my bed out, because of the amount of things i had around the floor. Luckily i had a friend who had just come over, so i made him help me (tidying is sooo boring alone...). Although, i know he will make me do something in return for this... I only hope it isn't anything too hard =P
I don't really like cleaning, but now, when I enter my room it feels so much better... And i also did it to solve my allergies problem (because of all the dust i had in there). So, i know i "wasted" my sunday, but I think it was worth it, I feel happy with the outcome

What about you? Do you like tyding and cleaning? Are your organized, or do you leave all your things just scattered around, hoping to find them when you need to use them?
I've been told I'm an Angel... But I know one of my wings is white, and the other one is black

Possible Aspie, in a relationship with self-diagnosed BPD. What could go wrong?

Hi Secret!

Cleaning is so important and often overlooked, or so says Dakota. We are glad you took the time to clean- it can be so hard to get motivated sometimes! We tend to leave stuff scattered about, and no one likes that very much but no one is taking the first step to clean! How did you get started?? Is your bed back where it is supposed to be?

*Typing, editing, content and fluidity help provided by Toast, Dakota, Leslie, and Leah! It's good to be back!*

We like jokes, especially elephant and dinosaur jokes. GOOD knock-knock jokes are fun, too.

We don't know what else to say, but would like other Littles and Middles to respond. Adults are welcome here, too! So come one, come all, and contribute to this thread!

Hey, I don't really consider myself to be DID, but I have younger parts of me...I am wary to let my younger self speak though, right now. :( I'm scared I might trigger someone. Oh well, I can sensor.

I'm scared. Don't want to say what about cuz it would trigger people. And I'm sad. Sad I can't see Tawny right now cuz she's gone for a week. So I can't even see her till next Thursday and that's 10 whole days from today. :(

I don't know enough about my system to really make sense of anything, but for some odd reason as I was reading this post I felt warm and started to smile only to be immediately overwhelmed by incredible fear. Now the evil one is screaming in my head. But at the same time I keep hearing "I want to play!"

Hope my post wasn't a downer  sorry

We want to say hello to the scared, sad Littles first. It is OK to feel scared or sad and you don't have to type here if you don't want to. But there are lots of people on this forum who are very nice and can understand (at least a little bit) how you feel. So say whatever you would like (just please warn us with a *trigger* warning if you think your post could upset others). Or you could just read/ listen. We would like to offer safe hugs, if wanted. *hugs*

Now for some jokes! What did one earthquake say to the other? It wasn't my fault! Hehe
What is black and white and red all over? A newspaper! Hehe
Does anyone have any funny or silly jokes to share?

Heeeey...thanks for making this thread :D I'm doing kind of okay I ate ice cream for breakfast (I do that a lot) and I think I'm gonna go back to bed or watch t.v. on the couch with my stuffed animals. My roommates are ALL GONE and that's SUPER AWESOME cuz they yell all the time and so I get the whole house to myself until like 3 o'clock.
TRIGGER WARNING, sexual stuff
sexual stuff was really scaring me before. I don't like it. Sometimes I think I do and then sometimes I get scared. Like my T was trying to play catch with me but she was using this weird squishy ball and I just really didn't like it cuz it reminded me of B(boyfriend). So I THREW IT THE OTHER DIRECTION AND TOLD HER I DON'T LIKE THAT BALL. Then she said we could use a different ball which was kinda like a baseball and that was way better.

I wish I could just be friends with B and not do all that other stuff it's gross but he always wants to and that makes me want to for a little while but then I hate it really fast after. :x

dividedtruth89, I understand your dislike of sexual stuff. Would it be possible for you to check in with everyone and explain how you feel? Or could you let someone else deal with such things? I am not trying to further dissociation/ disconnection, but in this case it may be helpful to "go inside" sometimes.

PM me any time you want, for any reason. We are good friends on this forum. :)

Hey, all the Littles out there! What is your favorite movie? My Littles really like Monsters, Inc.! The Little Mermaid and Wall-E are great, too.
