You do seem to have at least dissociated ego states (whatever you wish to label them) which act independently and of which you have some amnesia. So, sorry, you're not off the hook yet and you totally belong here. As for the thoughtful, on-target advice you give, ditto from us. Doubt is an unpleasant comrade that we all simply have to deal with, as long as we have these dang dissociative disorders.
