Trigger *** little coming out during s*x

I have a little is coming out during sex.

I have no memory of sexual child abuse (only tons of emotional abuse).

I don't definitively know who this alter is. She is possible female, or maybe gender neutral but very aware she has female body parts. She is under 10. She feels dutiful.

THe littles and younger alters I know about are a boy 5 yrs, girl 12, girl 1.5-2 yrs.

Any ideas? I'm pretty sure I was not sexually abused so why would she come out?

I don't have much experience so I can't give you the best advice but I also have a little who tries to come out during sexual type things sometimes. I hold her back as much as I can but then on the other hand we were sexually abused and she was the one who took it so that may be why in my case.

I would suggest you try and make contact with this alter. See if you can talk to her and ask why she comes out at that specific time. It may be something as simple as somewhere in your mind you're having difficulties with the situation sometimes and your discomfort is triggering her, does that sound at all possible?

I am going to try and see what happens next time, where my mind is. Maybe it is just that there is a playful period first and the little just doesn't go back in in time. But I am not ready to contact the alter or find out if it is someone new. They might be ready but I am not. This might not be right, but I am just not able to cope atm. I've been unstable lately and I think this is making it worse.

I completely understand about not feeling ready to make contact, if you don't think you can handle it then don't, they should sense that if it's someone new and hopefully they'll understand that you need some time to sort through everything. If you ever need anything I'm just a message away hun.
