Partial integration is occurring between 2 personalities. Im not used to this. Its not bad, its a bit strange to me. Its not full integration. It has a relieving quality.. Ive needed this integration.
I was aware of the changes during a public experience. It felt awkward. Vocabulary changed, physical expression changed, writing style changed. New memory integration.
If this continues I believe social interaction could become a more positive experience.

that's really beautiful, quit how I picture my own healing to feel like...can I ask what you've been doing in therapy to possibly trigger this integration? I'm really happy for you, I can only imagine what this new freedom must feel like-good for you

Maybe he wasn't in therapy... That happened to me once but other alters just broke it of...
My alters act like parasprites. They are cool and all but if I get in contact with somepony for too long, a new alter pops out with most of his personality traits
