How do you stop integration?

Is there a way to cancel integration or to reverse it while it happens? I'm wondering since I think Eve did it to the other Eve (I'm not sure though, I can't tell the difference between the two) and I prefered them separated like they were before. I think she also did it to my child part but for that too I am uncertain since she doesn't come out much.

I don't care if it's counterproductive, I don't want to get rid of DID anyways.

To me, integration is an act of love between the involved alters, and if my alters feel the urge to merge with each other it is not my place to interfere.

Not in me... It's actually an accidental event Eve does all the time.

Yes and no... My psych diagnosed me because I apparently switched in front of him but he's not qualified in Dissociative disorders so I'm waiting for him to Send me to a psych qualified in that area
