how often do you switch?

Jennie tends to come around about every day, but the other two don't come out as much. how often do you switch? do you always need a trigger? and they switch back to the host whenever they want? sorry if I'm asking alot of questions I'm just trying to understand this better. oh and this isn't splitevil96. it's a friend. she leaves things up lol

Several times a day. I don't keep an exact count but id say its at least 5 to 10 times a day, maybe more if its a stressful day.

I'd say i switch atleast 3 times a day but 9/10 times its to Paige and it can last for hours at a time Tome dosnt come out much at all and fir the first time a new alter we didnt know was there came out last night fortunatly my friend was around and got some ifomation from her.

I wrote this yesterday, but it is gone.

I switch between me and two others through out the day. If something stressful comes up, a fourth alter will come out.

i'd say approx 1-4 times a day for brief-ish periods

We rarely switch fully, but we're co-con a good 90% of the time. We might hand off control to each other ten to twenty times in a day. We don't need triggers to switch, though triggers typically cause switching. Sometimes they let me back out after a while, sometimes I force my way back out. Sometimes, we get involved in doing something, and I naturally slide back to front without meaning to.

like lilith, we're generally co-concious. there's usually at least 2 of us fronting at any given time. Depends on who's stable and who's not.
Don't know if we can give you a count. We only get fully blocked out when someone's loosing it or I intentionally block people out to keep them safe.

I don't really know, I kinda just forget it happened at the end of the day. Average, 5 times. TK gets triggered a lot and reverts back to C. Zack or I after snarling/growling at whatever is triggering him.
